CCA Member of the Year 2003

In 2003, Capita Group Plc was awarded the CCA’s (Contact Centre Association) most prestigious accreditation - “CCA Member of the Year”. Judy Smyth, CCA Membership Services Director, commented: “This award is presented to the CCA member organisation for overall participation in industry forums, enquiries, research and CCA training subgroups - in other words giving their time and expertise to benefit the CCA membership.”

Capita’s expertise in contact centres is not only applied to stand-alone operations, but is an integral part of Capita’s wider offering across both the public and private sector. Capita runs its contact centres in accordance to the CCA ethos and in 2003 were awarded four CCA accreditations for call centres it runs in Belfast, Bristol, Darwen, Glasgow, Hertfordshire and Gloucester.
